Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the 941 Buyback website and your communications with 941 Buyback, the customer-facing local device-buyback brand operated by TWG Global, LLC.

1. The service
941 Buyback evaluates select electronic devices for possible local purchase. This website provides general business information and a way to begin a conversation. It is not an online store, and submitting device information does not require either party to complete a transaction.
2. Your authority to sell
By offering a device, you represent that you own it or are legally authorized by its owner to sell it. You may not offer stolen, fraudulently obtained or unlawfully possessed property. You must disclose any known activation lock, account lock, mobile-device-management lock, lost-or-stolen report, financing balance or other restriction that may affect the device.
3. Quotes are conditional
Any quote given before inspection is an estimate based on the information you provide. A quote may change or be withdrawn after we verify the exact model, storage, carrier status, condition, functionality, repair or parts history, account and activation status, ownership status or other material facts. No purchase is final until the device has been inspected and both parties agree to the transaction.
4. Local meetings
Meeting details are arranged directly with the seller after a quote is discussed. Please communicate promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule. Do not leave a device unattended or transfer possession until the transaction is confirmed.
5. Communications and follow-up
When you message or comment, you authorize us to respond through the same service or another contact method you voluntarily provide. Responses may be assisted by automated tools. We may follow up about an open quote or proposed meeting, but you may ask us to stop at any time.
6. Third-party services
Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp and other third-party services have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, security or operation of those services.
7. Website content
The 941 Buyback name, approved artwork, website design and original content are owned by or licensed to TWG Global, LLC. You may not use them to impersonate 941 Buyback or misrepresent affiliation with the business.
8. Disclaimers and limitation
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties concerning the website. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website or a third-party messaging platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of- law principles.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Questions may be sent through the official 941 Buyback Facebook Page.
