How to submit a request

1. Open the official 941 Buyback Facebook Page.
2. Send the Page a private message beginning with “Data Deletion Request.”
3. Identify the conversation or contact details connected to your request. Do not send a password, Social Security number, payment-card number or government ID.
4. If reasonably necessary, respond to a limited verification question so we can confirm that the request concerns your information rather than someone else’s.

What we will delete

After verification, the request may cover application-held copies of:

• message text, timestamps and conversation identifiers;
• sender, Page or platform identifiers associated with the conversation;
• device and contact information you voluntarily supplied;
• lead notes, conversation labels and follow-up status; and
• related AI-processing records under our control, where applicable.

Timing

We aim to acknowledge a verified request promptly and complete deletion within 30 days. We will tell you if additional time is reasonably required because of request complexity, legal obligations or technical recovery procedures.

Information that may be retained

We may retain the minimum information reasonably necessary to comply with tax, accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution obligations. For example, records connected to a completed device purchase may need to be retained. We may also retain a minimal suppression record when needed to honor a request not to contact you again.

Residual copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or provider security logs until the applicable retention cycle expires. They will not be restored for ordinary business use.

Information controlled by Meta

This process deletes information held by the 941 Buyback application. Meta separately controls copies of messages and account information stored in Facebook, Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp. To delete that information, use the account and message controls provided by the applicable Meta service.
